At Armz.lk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy regarding returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item was delivered damaged or defective

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product has a manufacturing defect

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and invoices must be included

  • The product must be in resalable condition


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Hygiene-related products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via email or phone within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. Share clear photos (if the item is damaged or incorrect).

  4. Wait for confirmation from our support team before returning the item.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


5. Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges depending on product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.


6. Damaged Items During Delivery

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

  • Please notify the courier immediately.

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photographic evidence.

Failure to report delivery damage within 24 hours may result in the claim being rejected.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
